Payment

 

Online payment by bank card

        

Payment is made using your bank card through the payment system plata by mono immediately after placing the order.
Before payment, please check:
  • that your card supports online payments;
  • that there are sufficient funds on the card;
  • the card expiration date.

 

Payment to a bank account

Please make sure to provide your email and phone number when placing the order. We will contact you to confirm your details, then issue an invoice and send it to your email.

Funds are credited from 2 hours up to 3 banking days. To speed up shipping, we recommend indicating the order number in the payment comment.


Cash on delivery

Payment is made upon receipt of the goods and after checking their condition and completeness.

Cash on delivery fee: 2% + 20 UAH.

 


Shipping

Nova Poshta delivery

FPVkit delivers products all over Ukraine via Nova Poshta. You can pick up your order at any Nova Poshta branch or post office. Branch schedules and addresses are available at novaposhta.ua. After placing the order, we will contact you and provide the tracking number.

 

Delivery time: 1–2 days from order confirmation.

Dispatch time: orders are shipped the day after placing the order.

Shipping cost: according to Nova Poshta tariffs.

 

Important:
  • Parcels are stored at Nova Poshta for 5 days, after which they are automatically returned.
  • The shipping cost is determined by Nova Poshta and paid upon receipt.
  • Shipping is paid by the customer according to Nova Poshta tariffs.
